Voltr, a service operated by Voltr, Inc. ("Voltr," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your right to delete personal data we hold about you. This page describes how to request deletion of your data.

What gets deleted

How to request deletion

  1. Email contact@getvoltr.com from the email address tied to your Voltr account.
  2. Include the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. If you're requesting deletion of data accessed through a specific platform integration (e.g., your Meta account), name the platform so we can scope the deletion correctly.

Timeline. We respond to verifiable deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. For requests tied to a third-party platform's data deletion mandate (e.g., a Meta Platform Terms request), we delete or render inaccessible the affected data within 7 days.

Revoking platform access

If you connected your Meta, TikTok, TikTok Shop, or Shopify account to Voltr, you can also revoke our access directly inside that platform's settings. Doing so will stop Voltr from making any further API calls on your behalf.

To delete data Voltr already collected through that integration's API (cached profiles, mention history, engagement metrics, etc.), email contact@getvoltr.com using the contact method described above. Platform-mandated deletion requests are processed within 7 days; standard requests within 30 days.

Revoking platform access does not delete your Voltr account itself. If you want both, email us using the steps above.
