API pricing

Start in test.
Scale on an agreed contract.

A monthly minimum covers your initial usage. If your metered usage exceeds that minimum, you pay the difference.

Published self-serve rates appear here when available. Custom API contracts are available through Voltr.

What counts as usage?

Operation Meter Billable unit
Creator pool search creator_search One successful bounded search
Workspace read api_read One successful capability call
Apply an action action_execution One successful execution, including accepted queued work
Direct message delivery message_send One confirmed direct-message send; failed delivery costs zero
Preview, capabilities, usage and receipt lookup Included No charge
Test traffic, rejected work, replay of a request Included No additional charge

A successful outreach execution means Voltr accepted the workflow or queued work. It does not promise message delivery. Bulk workflows are billed for accepted execution. Direct message commands are billed once after their provider delivery is confirmed.

Predictable monthly accounting

API access keeps its monthly minimum and metered overage. The planned revenue fee is an additional 1% of verified Voltr-attributed merchandise sales, with negotiated brand rates available. Each workspace must accept its GMV terms and save a payment method before collection starts. The same sale is counted once across Voltr, the API and AI integrations.

Monthly API charge = the greater of your agreed minimum and successful usage at your contract rates. Rates and minimum are fixed when your UTC billing month begins. Contract updates apply to the next usage period; capacity and suspension changes can apply immediately.

Regular brands will have a separate GMV-only option with no monthly Voltr subscription. This does not remove the API monthly minimum. GMV fees use verified supported orders after discounts and refunds, excluding tax and shipping; they are automatically charged to the saved payment method, not withheld from Meta, TikTok or store payouts. Native TikTok Shop and unsupported attribution are not billable in the initial release.

Ad spend, creator compensation, paid usage rights and separately contracted provider costs are additional. Your customer’s connected accounts, permissions and provider limits still apply.

API contracts are separate from Voltr brand subscriptions. Existing included subscriber API and MCP access keeps its current billing model. Current self-serve rates appear above when published; custom agreements are available through Voltr.
